Hrvoje Markovinović

Hrvoje Markovinović is law graduate, Master of Laws and a PhD (2005) at Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He passed the bar exam and has spent a research year at TMC Asser Instituut in Hague. From 1997 he has worked as an assistant, docent and from 2012. as an associate professor at Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He lectures commercial law and company law at undergraduate, Master and PhD levels. From 2007-2009 he has served as a vice-dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. He is a reasercher at "Adjustment of Croatian Company Law to European Law" project. He has published many scientific papers from the fields of commercial and company law. He represents the Republic of Croatia in UNCITRAL and is involved in the activities of the ICC.
