If you want to make changes to your initial LA/OLA that was already approved by both the receiving and home institution before the start of your mobility, you will need to list all of the changes within the same initial LA/OLA.
You should not make an entirely new LA/OLA. Instead, all of the changes should be listed under the category Changes to the Learning Agreement/Exceptional Changes to the Study Programme/During the Mobility.
