We would like to invite you to the initial meeting offered by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Thursday, 3 October 2019, at Ćirilometodska street 4, Lecture Room no. VII (second floor), at 12:00.

On this kick-off reception, you will find out more about the Jean Monnet Chair of European Public Law, as well as the courses and activities that we offer in the upcoming semester. Also, in a more informal atmosphere – over a buffet with snacks and drinks – you will be able to mingle with fellow Erasmus and Croatian students and meet our teaching staff and our student assistants.

CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES IN 2019/2020

In the winter semester, our Jean Monnet Chair offers five courses to Erasmus students:

• Jurisdiction and the Role of the European Court of Justice – 4 ECTS
• EU Legal Architecture – 4 ECTS
• EU Internal Market Law – 4 ECTS
• EU Migration Law and Policy – 4 ECTS
• Fundamental Rights in the EU – 4 ECTS

As students taking Jean Monnet courses, you will have special rights and privileges: eligibility for the Jean Monnet certificate; priority in the selection of students participating in our Dubrovnik seminar on Advanced Issues of European Law (4 ECTS); and eligibility for recommendation letters by our Jean Monnet professors.
