Description
The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the organization and functioning of the structural instruments of the European Union. Also, the students are introduced to the basic ideas required for the understanding of multi-level governance theoretical concept and the comprehension of the EU regional policy (regional policy, regional development, regionalism, regional self-government, EU structural funds, absorption capacity, multi-level decision-making).
