Graduate law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (1998). Studied and graduated at the T. M. C. Asser Institute in the Hague, the Netherlands (Asser College Europe – Postgraduate Course in International Trade and Business Law, including the Law of the European Union, the Law of the World Trade Organization and International Commercial Arbitration Law). Studied at postgraduate study at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (Postgraduate Study in Civil Law Sciences; topic of the thesis: Conclusion of Contracts by Electronic Means, 2003). Earned Ph D degree at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (topic of the thesis: Health service contract, 2007). Employed as assistant at the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (1999 – 2008), assistant professor at the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (2008-2012) and associate professor at the Chair of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law University of Zagreb, Croatia (2012-today). Research visit January – March 2006 at the T. M. C. Asser Institute in the Hague, the Netherlands.
