"Dealing with Terrorism"

The renowned Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law in Freiburg has published "Dealing with Terrorism", a book edited by Marc Engelhart, Ph.D. and Sunčana Roksandić Vidlička, Ph.D., assistant professor at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. The book deals with the current topic of the fight against terrorism with special emphasis on criminal law, police law, and European and international criminal law. The articles are divided into two sections: international and European legal frameworks for the prevention of terrorism, and national regulation on terrorism and recruitment. 

The research contributions, resulting from the Jean Monnet Project: Advanced Seminar in EU Criminal Law and Policy (2016-2019, euclp-sem.eu), analyse the current trends and developments in the legal system and law enforcement in Europe, as well as in the US and the Middle East.
